She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology at Government College University, Pakistan in 2014. Noor is a certified Griffiths III provider, which is a globally recognized development assessment tool that measures the individual profile of strengths and needs of every child. She also completed 40hrs training to become a Registered Behaviour Therapist.

Noor is especially interested in working within a multi-disciplinary environment, creating IEPs and developing life skills. Prior to joining TDCC, Noor served as a life skills educator and psychologist in paediatric neurodevelopmental clinics and inclusion schools in Pakistan and in Dubai.

At TDCC, Noor works closely with parents, educators, specialists and therapists who are committed in providing bespoke evidence-based interventions. Noor’s work ethic is a genuine one that stems from the ideology of early diagnosis and prompt interventions that can have remarkable effects on the outcomes of a child later in life.

Noor believes that every child has an innate potential to grow and should not be limited in any sense due to learning delays. As a manifestation of her dedication and commitment, she has received the Shield of Appreciation and Dedication to Supporting the Centre and the Services for Children who have Developmental Disabilities from one of the child developmental program providers in her country. Her good working endowment continues to flow at TDCC with her passionate approach to every child.
