At TDCC, our Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Internship & Training Program is designed to equip aspiring LSAs, shadow teachers, and educational paraprofessionals with the knowledge and hands‑on experience needed to assist children with individual learning needs. Structured to international standards and aligned with UAE special education frameworks, this program offers a comprehensive foundation in inclusive education, behaviour management, and classroom strategies.

What the Program Offers:

• A certified training curriculum covering roles, responsibilities, and UAE SEN regulation.
• Practical on-the-job training (OJT) or internship placement within partner schools or classrooms
• Instruction in lesson adaptation, IEP support, safeguarding, and collaboration techniques
• Monthly assessments and final certification upon completion
