Asha Mathew is a respected Lead Educator at The Developing Child Centre (TDCC) with over 20 years of experience supporting children with Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, ADD, and other developmental delays. She holds a Master of Education in Special and Inclusive Education from the British University in Dubai and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, along with certifications in Educational Testing and Access Arrangement.
She has also completed specialized training in the SCERTS Framework, enhancing her ability to support emotional regulation and social communication in neurodiverse learners. Asha is known for her holistic and collaborative approach, emphasizing individualized education plans and working closely with families to create meaningful learning experiences. Her commitment to sustainability in teaching and extensive experience in workshops and counseling make her a trusted voice in inclusive education.

Liz Hajj Nicolas is a dedicated and accomplished Speech and Language Therapist with over 10 years of experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy (2017) and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field (2015), both from Saint Joseph University in Beirut. Her academic background is further enhanced by specialized training and certifications in the Hanen Program (ITTT), ADOS-2 Assessment, Play-Based Therapy, Fluency Disorders, Teacher’s training in the Inclusive Education Field (INSHEA, France) and Sensory Integration Training. She is also a proud member of the NeuroAffirming Therapy Academy, reinforcing her commitment to providing therapy that respects and supports neurodivergent individuals. Debbie Gilmore has enjoyed a varied career in educational leadership, and now is helping bring about an educational revolution. As teacher, literacy adviser, assistant principal, principal and administrator, Debbie always sought programs that were innovative, inclusive and made a meaningful impact in the lives of students. When she found Arrowsmith, it transformed her understanding of what was possible. After spearheading an initiative to bring Arrowsmith to schools in Sydney’s Catholic Education Office where she was Head of Diverse Learning, Debbie joined Arrowsmith as Executive Director. Since 2013 she has been leading the strategic growth and development of Arrowsmith, and every day speaks to educational leaders about the power and potential that cognitive programming can have in deepening life long learning experiences. As a parent she has seen first hand how Arrowsmith can transform the brains and lives of students and the community that surrounds them.
