Debbie Gilmore has enjoyed a varied career in educational leadership, and now is helping bring about an educational revolution. As teacher, literacy adviser, assistant principal, principal and administrator, Debbie always sought programs that were innovative, inclusive and made a meaningful impact in the lives of students. When she found Arrowsmith, it transformed her understanding of what was possible. After spearheading an initiative to bring Arrowsmith to schools in Sydney’s Catholic Education Office where she was Head of Diverse Learning, Debbie joined Arrowsmith as Executive Director. Since 2013 she has been leading the strategic growth and development of Arrowsmith, and every day speaks to educational leaders about the power and potential that cognitive programming can have in deepening life long learning experiences. As a parent she has seen first hand how Arrowsmith can transform the brains and lives of students and the community that surrounds them.
Joa Feghali is a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Therapy. She is Fluent in Arabic, English, and French and has seven years of experience. She specializes in working with children and teenagers, particularly in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dysfluency (Stuttering), Developmental Language Disorder and Learning Challenges. Joa provides online Therapy services. She uses evidence-based techniques with children and teenagers, she also coaches parents and educational teams on implementing effective strategies at home and school. Beyond traditional therapy sessions, Joa focuses on enhancing communication skills through individual and group online therapy sessions.

Kipa Shrestha is a highly qualified psychologist with a Master’s in Educational Psychology and specialized training in ADOS2 and various therapies, including Brain Working Recursive Therapy and Hands-on Autism. With over 10 years of experience in clinical and educational settings, Kipa is dedicated to unlocking children’s full potential and optimizing well-being for those with neurodevelopmental disorders like ASD, ADHD, and Specific Learning Disorders.
Asha Mathew, an esteemed educator with a Master of Education in Special and Inclusive Education from the British University Dubai, brings 19 years of expertise in addressing Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, ADD, and other developmental delays. With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and certificates in Educational Testing and Access Arrangement, she excels in creating individualized lesson plans and integrating sustainability into her teaching. Asha’s holistic approach bridges gaps with parents, fostering a comprehensive educational experience for every child at TDCC. She also has extensive experience conducting workshops and providing counseling for parents and students.
