Dr. Jemma is known for her person-centred, strengths-based approach, ensuring that each assessment and intervention plan is tailored to the child’s unique developmental profile, educational context, and family system. She is particularly passionate about coaching approaches and working with the systems around young people who present with emotionally-based school non-attendance (EBSNA), empowering caregivers and educators with practical strategies to respond compassionately and effectively to children’s needs.
At TDCC, Dr. Jemma works collaboratively with families, educators, therapists, and schools to support children’s learning, emotional well-being, and long-term developmental outcomes, ensuring recommendations are practical, holistic, and aligned with real-world settings.
