Diana is a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) and an experienced Case Manager within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has a solid academic background, which includes outreach programs to support her academic training, and an almost decade-long career in behavioral health.
She brings her valuable experience as a compassionate behavioral technician to TDCC as part of our core team of experts, collectively dedicated to life-changing treatment and support for each of the children in our care.
Through her work, Diana ensures that the appropriate and required therapy focuses on increasing independence in activity and facilitating age-appropriate development. Treatment objective is to help children develop all the skills to become active participants within the family and the community, and develop life-enhancing, life-changing self-esteem and confidence.
Diana was awarded her certification as an International Behavior Therapist from the International Behavior Analysis Organization [IBAO] in 2021. She completed her studies in Applied Behavior Analysis [ABA] at the University of Colorado, Denver and is a candidate to sit for the BCaBA examination. She has extensive training in Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program [VB-MAPP], Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills [ABLLS-R], and Assessment of Functional Living Skills.
