With over 11 years of nursing experience, Anju brings a strong background in both general medical settings and school health services across India and the UAE.
Her expertise spans pediatric health, community health education, emergency care, and infection control. She has provided direct nursing care in school clinics and nurseries, managed chronic care plans, supported immunization campaigns, and implemented health protocols that promote wellness among children and their families. Her administrative strengths are evident in her contributions to clinic operations, policy development, and health education initiatives aligned with Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre guidelines.
At TDCC, Anju plays an essential role in supporting the Early Intervention Program. She works closely with young children of determination and their families, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that supports each child’s developmental needs. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and holds additional training in Holistic Health and Reflexology. She has actively participated in conferences and workshops on emergency nursing, intensive care, soft skill management, and transcultural nursing, enriching her ability to provide culturally responsive and empathetic care.
