Aiza Diaz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from West Visayas State University and has completed 18 units towards a Master’s degree in Special Education from Filamer Christian University. With over four years of experience, Aiza has developed a deep understanding of working with children with developmental challenges, including autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, and developmental delays.
Her expertise in creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated instruction allows her to cater to the unique learning needs of each child. Aiza’s commitment to fostering intellectual, social, and emotional growth aligns with the center’s mission to provide holistic, child-centered interventions. She leverages her knowledge of early intervention strategies to design engaging activities that promote both academic progress and essential life skills.
Aiza works collaboratively with therapists, educators, and families, ensuring each child receives comprehensive support. Her approach resonates with TDCC’s vision of empowering children to reach their fullest potential in an inclusive and supportive environment.
