Hayat El Hor  is a dedicated and accomplished educator at The Developing Child Centre, where she brings her extensive expertise in special education to support children with developmental challenges. Hayat’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and a Teaching Diploma (M1) from Université Saint Joseph de Beyrouth. She has further expanded her qualifications with her ongoing Family Coaching Practitioner from École de Coaching Familial SOS Nancy Doyon in Canada.

With over three years of hands-on experience working with children, Hayat excels in curriculum modification and individualized education plans (IEPs) designed to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities. Her professional journey is marked by a commitment to fostering the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of children with learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, and other developmental challenges. Hayat’s approach is deeply aligned with TDCC’s mission to provide holistic, child-centered support that nurtures each child’s potential.

At TDCC, Hayat leverages her skills in creating adaptive learning environments and delivering multilingual instruction in Arabic, English, and French. She works closely with classroom teachers and parents to ensure that students’ needs are fully met, using evidence-based strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
