Noura Al Hosani is a compassionate Lead Educator in the Early Intervention Program at The Developing Child Centre (TDCC). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fatima College of Health and Sciences, Abu Dhabi, and brings over two years of professional experience supporting children in early intervention and special education settings. Her strong academic foundation in psychology enables her to understand children’s developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs and to translate theory into meaningful, practical support within structured learning and therapeutic environments.
Noura has completed specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is committed to continuous professional development in early childhood intervention and behavior support. Her training includes ABA Plus, a Diploma in Family Psychology, and focused learning in child development, behavior management, and individualized intervention strategies that support long-term developmental progress.
Noura has worked with children of determination in both educational and therapeutic settings, including the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Special Needs and Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination. Her experience includes implementing individualized education and behavior plans, conducting developmental and behavioral assessments, supporting positive behavior development, and creating safe, inclusive environments where children feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow.
Her expertise lies in delivering child-centered, structured interventions, monitoring progress through data-driven practices, and collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. Known for her warmth, patience, and empathy, Noura believes in building strong relationships that support consistency across home, school, and therapy settings.
