Debbie Gilmore is the Executive Director of the Arrowsmith Program. With a background as a teacher, principal, and administrator, she is passionate about the brain’s role in learning and student success. Debbie advocates for integrating neuroplastic programming into education to enhance cognitive functioning and foster lifelong learners. She holds a Master’s in Education and various graduate certificates in diverse learning.
Rita Margarita is the European and Middle East representative of the Arrowsmith Program, dedicated to helping students overcome learning difficulties. Her journey began with her son’s success in the program, leading her to become a qualified teacher and Learning Centre administrator. With a background in foreign languages and literature, Rita is passionate about making innovative, neuroplasticity-based education accessible, fostering inclusive environments that empower students to reach their full potential.
