Linet Mbata is a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with over eight years of experience in early childhood and inclusive education. She holds a Primary Teacher’s Education Certificate from Eregi Teachers Training College, Kakamega, Kenya. Linet has also completed specialized training in Inclusive Teaching and Learning Approaches, further strengthening her ability to support children with diverse educational needs.
With over 8 years of service across nursery classrooms, early years settings, and private 1:1 instruction, Linet has consistently demonstrated her expertise in adapting learning strategies to meet the individual needs of each child. Her training has enabled her to design personalized lesson plans, implement behavior management frameworks, and integrate multisensory techniques that foster both academic growth and emotional well-being.
Linet’s expertise spans individual learning support, classroom and behavior management, educational tools and methods, EYFS and national curriculum support, and progress monitoring. She has a proven track record of enhancing student performance through structured interventions, data-driven progress evaluations, and collaborative work with educators, parents, and specialists.
