Educator/ ABA Therapist

Hazar Naffa, a dynamic Educator in Inclusive Education Services and an ABA Therapist at TDCC, is fortified with a degree in Special Education for Special Needs from Damascus University in 2018.  Her credentials are amplified by her qualification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)  from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), ensuring she is equipped with both theoretical knowledge and evidence-based strategies.

Throughout her enriched career spanning the educational terrains of Syria and the UAE, Hazar has embraced pivotal roles, from a special education teacher to an activities facilitator for renowned international humanitarian organizations. In the UAE, she distinguished herself by implementing ABA treatment plans, nurturing strong connections with families, and supporting students with unique behavioral and learning challenges. Back in Syria, she crafted individualized education plans, delivering one-on-one support to students with special needs. Her comprehensive approach was evident in her engagement with an international council, emphasizing both academic assistance and family collaboration to ensure a holistic developmental trajectory for every child.
