Throughout her enriched career spanning the educational terrains of Syria and the UAE, Hazar has embraced pivotal roles, from a special education teacher to an activities facilitator for renowned international humanitarian organizations. In the UAE, she distinguished herself by implementing ABA treatment plans, nurturing strong connections with families, and supporting students with unique behavioral and learning challenges. Back in Syria, she crafted individualized education plans, delivering one-on-one support to students with special needs.
