Sharareh Zainalian is a dedicated leader in special education and behavior analysis with over 17 years of experience working with individuals aged 2 and above. She specializes in developing individualized behavior intervention plans, setting personalized goals, and using Positive Behavior Support strategies to foster skill development and independence. Her expertise spans early intervention, special education, vocational training, and job placement, ensuring individuals with autism and related conditions successfully integrate into school, work, and community settings.
Holding a Master’s in Special Education, Sharareh also holds international certifications including BCBA, QBA, and IBA. She actively collaborates with schools and organizations to promote inclusivity and provides specialized training for professionals and parents to create supportive learning environments.
