Our Speakers:

Unlocking Your Child's Potential: Effective ABA Intervention at Home 6Jenny Tan is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from Bangor University. She has experience in providing supervision and direct training on educational and behaviour programs to behavioural therapists. Jenny has received extensive training in designing and implementing IISCA, PFA, and SBT to decrease learner’s challenging behaviour and replace problem behaviour with alternative skills. She is skilled in data collection software and data-based interventions to meet learner’s individualized needs. Prior to joining TDCC, Jenny has worked in special educational needs’ settings using the behaviour analytic approach in Malaysia and the UAE. Jenny loves working with parents, specialists, therapists, and educators using evidence-based approaches to address the individual needs of every child. She specializes in providing training and consultation services to families and professionals in the field.

 

Unlocking Your Child's Potential: Effective ABA Intervention at Home 7Diana Guanco is a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) and an experienced Case Manager in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has a solid academic background and almost a decade-long career in behavioral health. Diana focuses on increasing independence and age-appropriate development in children to become active participants in their family and community. She was awarded her certification as an International Behavior Therapist from the International Behavior Analysis Organization in 2021. Diana has extensive training in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Assessment of Functional Living Skills. She completed her ABA studies at the University of Colorado, Denver, and is a candidate to sit for the BCaBA examination. She has an extensive experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is dedicated to helping families improve their quality of life through ABA therapy.

Don’t miss this part! The participants were very interactive. This provided an excellent opportunity for attendees to ask any additional questions they might have had after the presentation. This gave attendees the chance to clarify any points they were unsure of, seek further guidance on specific issues, and gain a deeper understanding of the strategies presented.
