Grace is a qualified early years educator who graduated from Kingston University London with MSc in Psychology in 2012.  

Since then she has worked within the education field in the UAE in nurseries, schools and specialist children’s centers taking on various roles such as class teacher, Nursery Manager, Early Intervention Programme Manager, and Head of Early Years. 

Grace has a passion for quality, inclusive education that meets the needs of each individual child. She is dedicated to ensuring best practices and keeping up to date with the latest evidence-based interventions in the field of special education. 

Grace has completed additional training gaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Speech-Language and Communication needs in children and is certified in a range of programs including DIR floortime, Makaton, Attention Autism, and Early Start Denver Model. 

Grace believes that education is more than academics and that the focus should be on whole child development. She is dedicated to working with the whole family and creating naturalistic, welcoming environments where children feel safe and happy.  

Grace believes that a personalized, multi-disciplinary approach to education is key to ensuring children flourish and reach their full potential.
