Gaëlle is a trilingual speech and language therapist who graduated from Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) with a Master’s degree and soon to be graduated from ESA Business School with a Master’s in Business Administration.
Prior to joining TDCC, Gaëlle worked as a clinician in Lebanon in a special education school, a private clinic, and a non-governmental/non-profit organization with children having different neurodevelopmental disorders. She has been also working in the research field at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut with a team of researchers on an international project led by Newcastle University related to the MacArthur-Bates Communicative Development Inventories tool (MBCDI, Fenson and al. 1993) and is appointed as a research supervisor to assist undergraduate students with their research projects.
She also did training in the CHRU Bretonneau Hospital (Tours, France) and has experience in parental coaching following her master’s research project which aimed to develop a protocol of parental coaching based on the principles of the Exchange and Developmental Therapy (EDT) applied at home.
